Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide store credits. Store credits will be issued once we receive the returned parcel and verify its condition.
Return Process:
Eligibility for Returns:
Items purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchange Policy:
Exchange is only possible for the same product in a different size.
No other product can be exchanged, only the product that was originally ordered. Shipping charges of Rs 120 for exchanging the parcel will be borne by the customer and to be paid to us separately.

Return Process:
- Customers must inform us of any returns within 48 hours of order delivery via WhatsApp message on +917023495801.
- Include an unboxing video along with the message, specifying the reason for return.
- Shipping charges of Rs 90 for returning the parcel will be borne by the customer which will be deducted from the store credits.
- We reserve the right to reject returned parcels if they are not in the same condition as when they were sent out. This includes any signs of use, odors, marks, or damage to the item.

In case you placed a COD order and wish to exchange it, you have to pay the shipping charges of ₹120 to us via online payment mode only.

We leave extra margins inside for you to get minor alterations done by yourself in case you face any issues.
Customized Orders and Size Discrepancies:
If we send the wrong product in terms of size or the product itself, we will refund or exchange it in that case only.
