Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all domestic prepaid orders, however we charge ₹60 as a COD charge on Cash On Delivery orders.
Processing Time: Orders typically take 3-10 business days to process as we are a "made to order" brand.
Shipping Time: Once dispatched, it usually takes 2-8 business days for domestic delivery.
International Orders: For international orders, additional shipping costs will be applicable as per the actual charges of the Indian Post.
Delivery Partner Responsibility: If there are any delays caused by our delivery partners, we regret we cannot be held responsible. However, we try our best to resolve the issue, if any.
Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email/message with tracking details once your order is on its way.
